On the morning of May 13, 2024, Dong Thap University (DThU) warmly welcomed Dr. Ansona Cenabre Arboiz, Head of External Affairs and representative of University of Mindanao Tagum College, Philippines (UMTC), for the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the SEA-Teacher Student Exchange Programme 2024-2026 between the two institutions.
On behalf of DThU leaders, Ms. Nguyen Anh Thu, Head of the DThU International Affairs Office, hosted the event. During the signing ceremony, both parties discussed the potential for long-term cooperation and committed to ongoing information exchange to foster this collaboration.
On this occasion, Dr. Ansona Cenabre Arboiz participated in various visits to cultural and tourist sites in Cao Lanh City and Sa Dec City, Dong Thap Province. She also presented at a talk show where she introduced UMTC and provided essential information for DThU Pre SEA-Teacher 2024 students who are planning to intern in the Philippines.
Dr. Ansona successfully concluded her business trip at Dong Thap University, Vietnam, and left for her home country on May 16. Before departing, she expressed her gratitude to the DThU leadership, especially Ms. Nguyen Anh Thu and the International Affairs Office staff, for their warm hospitality and support in making her trip a success. She hopes that the international cooperation between the two universities will continue to develop successfully and effectively, deepening their partnership.
