On March 27, Dong Thap University welcomed the Continental Textile Co., Ltd. Delegation led by Mr. Zhai Lei, Administrative Director with his officials, including Mr. Li Jin (Head of the Human Resources Department) and Ms. Nguyen Nhu Huynh (a Staff member).

The two parties exchanged a lot of information in order to advance their collaboration. They specifically discussed collaboration on the opening of a program for training high-quality human resources in the Chinese language industry to address the recruitment needs of Luthai Group's textile and apparel firms in Vietnam.

The company’s representatives also met with students majoring in Chinese language study at the school to introduce the company and discuss employment opportunities for those students. Also, they responded to inquiries about job positions and internship programs of the company.

In the near future, the school will sign a memorandum of understanding on tripartite cooperation with Continental Textile Co., Ltd. and Shandong Academy of Science and Technology on training high-quality human resources. Accordingly, students taking the company's order course (there are expected to be 30 students per class) will be trained in a number of specialized textile and garment subjects completely free of charge. This course is taught by the Shandong Academy of Science and Technology (China). Students will receive a certificate from the Shandong Academy of Science and Technology on completion of the program. Students with this certificate have the option of finding jobs at Luthai Group businesses in Vietnam, including Continental Textile Co., Ltd., Continental (Tan Chau) Co., Ltd., Louvre Textile Co., Ltd., and LuAn Garment Ltd. Students will be given priority to be chosen based on their accomplishments and hired by the company after graduation, in addition to receiving additional advantages.
