From August 5 to 9, 2024, Dong Thap University hosted a delegation from Leyte Normal University, Philippines, led by Professor Lilibeth B. Fallorina, Chair of the Arts and Humanities Department. The visit aimed to foster cultural exchange, discuss collaboration in social work education, and explore various social work institutions in Dong Thap province.

Dong Thap University signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Royal University of Phnom Penh and National Meanchey University, Kingdom of Cambodia.
From July 20th to 23rd, 2024, a delegation from Dong Thap University, led by Mr. Cao Dao Thep, Vice Rector, visited and worked with Royal University of Phnom Penh in Phnom Penh and National Meanchey University in Banteay Meanchey, Kingdom of Cambodia.
